RETURNS & EXCHANGE POLICY
Kat Sezon An does not allow any merchandise to be returned unless it has been examined and approved first. If you would like to return your item(s) please contact us at KatSezonAn@gmail.com to request a return.
If you've received a faulty or incorrect item(s), Please send us a video via email and we will be delighted to organize a refund or exchange at no cost to you. You have 5 business days to return the item to us from the date USPS delivered the package to your address. Do not open the item, we will examine the product before issuing a refund, or exchange for the correct item. All merchandise must be returned in original packaging in order to be exchanged.
Unfortunately, we cannot exchange, return or refund merchandise that has been worn, damaged or soiled (including traces of fragrance/deodorant) or of any substance due to sanitary guidelines. Once your order has arrived back to our company, please allow us 3 business days to resubmit and process your order. We recognize that returns are important to our customers. To ensure a positive shopping experience for all our customers, if we identify an unreasonable return pattern, we may restrict or refuse future transactions from such customers.
3D Mink Eyelashes are non exchangeable and non refundable! Due to the essence of the item(s), for sanitary purposes. In the unlikely event if you receive a damaged pair of lashes we will gladly replace it. Again please contact us with videos and details.
SIZING & ORDERS
Sizing and cuts varies between brands, If you have any sizing questions or would like more information on a specific item, please do not hesitate to contact us before making a purchase! Sizes are listed in U.S. sizes unless noted otherwise. If an incorrect size was ordered and need to be exchanged, customers are fully responsible for the shipping and handling fees of returning the package back to us.
SHIPPING & TRACKING POLICY
Kat Sezon An's shipping policy is as follows, most orders are processed within 1-2 business day's after your payment is authorized and verified. During any sales event we ask our customers to allow up to 1-3 business days for processing and for orders to ship. Orders are shipped Monday-Friday, once it is out for shipping USPS should deliver within 3-6 business days, unless express shipping was selected during checkout.
This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. If your order says delivered and you did not receive it, you must contact your local post office. We do not issue refunds for packages that state they've been delivered.
We currently offer USPS Priority Mail to most Domestic locations. Your shipping fees are displayed at point of checkout. To ensure that your purchase is properly delivered and you receive your package within the time frame listed above, please be sure to double check your address is fully entered correctly. If you realize that you entered your shipping address error, contact us PROMPTLY. We will do our best to fulfill your request and change the address. If we are unable to do so, we do not take responsibility for incorrect shipment information.
By Contacting your local Postal Service they will be able to further assist you. If your order is outside of the time frame listed previously, please make sure to contact us and we will check the status of your order. Please allow sufficient time for your order to be processed and receive a tracking number.
If your tracking information states that your package has been delivered and you have not received it, you must take this issue up with the United States Postal Service.
